Regular Season Round 26: Zadar - Dubai 68-92

Very expected game when 10th ranked CroatianZadar (12-14) was crushed at home by third ranked UAE Dubai (21-5) 92-68 on Sunday. Strangely Zadar outrebounded Dubai 39-25 including 28 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was Italian Awudu Abass (198-1993) who scored 14 points. Slovenian Klemen Prepelic (191-1992) chipped in 11 points and 6 assists. Four Dubai players scored in double figures. Montenegrin point guard Vladimir Mihailovic (193-1990) produced 21 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and Lovro Mazalin (204-1997) added 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Dubai have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 21-5 record having just two points less than leader Buducnost. Defending Croatian champion Zadar keeps the tenth place with 14 games lost.
